Tasting room

Conceived as a true experience, the tasting room extends the language of the wine through its architecture. Located in Épernay, within the historic buildings of Maison Perrier-Jouët, it provides an intimate setting dedicated to expertise and exchange. The Cellar Master welcomes wine experts to present the composition of the Champagnes, the blending process, and the philosophy behind each cuvée.

Travertine evokes the chalky vineyard soils, glass highlights the transparency of the wine, and touches of gold recall its luminous reflections. Particular attention was paid to the lighting, designed to faithfully reveal the colour of the wines while creating an atmosphere perfectly suited to tasting.

The project was developed in close collaboration with Cécile Hittier, with construction carried out by JKL.
